1. How prices are listed
- Every eSIM plan is publicly priced on the website, on both the destination list and the individual plan page.
- Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and INCLUDE value-added tax as required by law.
- On the English edition, prices are shown in US Dollars at the conversion rate published at the time of display; the amount actually charged is shown clearly at the final checkout step.
2. No additional charges
- There is NO delivery charge, because eSIMs are supplied electronically.
- There is NO activation fee, SIM fee, processing fee or any other surcharge.
- The amount shown at the final payment confirmation step is the entire amount payable for that order.
3. Basis of pricing
Prices are built from the wholesale cost charged by international partner networks, plus operating costs, tax and a reasonable margin. They are reviewed and updated periodically as input costs and exchange rates move.
4. Price changes
- We may adjust listed prices at any time. Adjustments do NOT apply retroactively to orders already paid for.
- The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the customer confirms payment.
- Where a price is displayed incorrectly through a technical fault, at an unreasonable difference, we will notify the customer and cancel the order with a full 100% refund before the service is supplied.
5. Promotions and discounts
- Promotions, discount codes and partner vouchers state their conditions, validity and discount amount at the point of display.
- The discount and the resulting price are shown transparently in the cart and at checkout before the customer confirms.
- Vouchers issued by distribution partners are redeemable up to the face value printed on them; any unused balance is not refundable in cash and is not carried over to a later purchase. This condition is stated on the voucher redemption page before use.
6. Invoices
Customers requiring a VAT invoice provide their company details at checkout. Electronic invoices are issued in accordance with the law on invoices and accounting documents.
